Systems Engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) specializing in remote sensing and in situ instrumentation for studies of atmospheric & Earth sciences. Most recently, he has been focusing on small satellite technology and missions. He has led numerous complex airborne field campaigns for understanding climate change impacts. Currently, he is a Program Manager in JPL’s Space Technology Office for NASA Flight Opportunities. As an outside activity, he manages Storm Peak Laboratory, a high elevation mountain-top atmospheric science facility in Colorado. The site is recognized by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Global Atmospheric Watch for long term observations of aerosols, clouds, meteorology and trace gases.
