Ms. Ditzler is the Director of Strategy, Communications, and Innovation for ESCM. Lynn brings 28 years of leadership experience in strategic planning and communications, policy, program development and management in support of domestic and global medical logistics requirements. Prior to joining the ESCM, Lynn served 28 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel. Her service includes a tour in Northern Iraq. She served as the Commander for the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency, a global logistics command responsible for assuring ready forces and posturing theaters of war. Ms. Ditzler also served as the Director of Logistics for the Office of the Surgeon General and Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) where she provided enterprise management of the logistics portfolio during a global pandemic, the historic US military withdrawal from Afghanistan and rising conflict in Europe. Recognized for specialized experience in congressional affairs, she was selected to serve as a military fellow in the office of Senator Scott Brown (Massachusetts) and represented Army Medicine to Congress as a legislative liaison handling the national health, military medicine and Veterans Affairs policy portfolios. Her awards and decorations include Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal with Silver Oak Leaf Cluster. She is a member of the Distinguished Order of Military Medical Merit.
