With over two decades of leadership in healthcare, Linh Dang currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Cook County Health, where she spearheads innovative initiatives to enhance both the patient and employee experience. Her work focuses on improving the patient experience and promoting well-being throughout the health system, ensuring high-quality care while cultivating a healing, supportive, and compassionate environment for all.

Ms. Dang oversees key areas such as Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, Patient Relations, Auxiliary Services, Volunteer Services, and Chaplaincy. She is also a contributing author to notable publications, including Core Curriculum for Arts in Health Professionals, Healing Walls at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, and The Covid-19 Response in New York City.

A passionate advocate for the integration of art and healthcare, Ms. Dang uses creative programs to combat compassion fatigue, anxiety, and burnout within healthcare facilities. She believes that art has the unique power to heal the soul in ways that medicine alone cannot. Her mission is to infuse every healthcare system with joy through the arts, ensuring that all individuals feel valued, seen, heard, and acknowledged.
