Deborah Haywood is the Vice President, General Manager of McKesson Medical-Surgical Government Solutions division. She has 31 years’ experience within Alternate Site Markets, serving in leadership positions in medical sales, supply chain operations, and respiratory therapy. Deborah has dedicated much of her career to improving emergency management and supply chain resiliency by partnering with federal, state, and local agencies to develop tailored rapid response strategies. Deborah has been recognized in 2022 and 2021 by receiving McKesson’s President’s Club Leadership Award for her pandemic response efforts through Operation Warp Speed, the HHS/ASPR COVID19 vaccine and ancillary kit distribution program, and the Strategic National Stockpile program. She has also been recognized with President Club awards for leading teams in Extended Care for Strategic Segments, Post-Acute and Homecare. Deborah is most proud of her family; she and her husband Chris have been married 30 years. Her daughter, Sarah, is in her second year and season as a collegiate student-athlete.
