Preparing for and Treating the Unknown
The Military Health System (MHS) is one of the leading and most multifaceted health care organizations in the United States. It is also a global preeminent military health care delivery operation, caring for 9.4 million beneficiaries in nearly 700 military healthcare facilities around the world. This doesn’t come without challenges though. MHS is still facing pivotal turning points as the DHA assumes responsibility for all Air Force, Army and Navy hospitals and military treatment facilities. In light of these challenges the Military Healthcare Event 2019 will provide a rare platform to share and discuss solutions and strategies for the way ahead and to help focus on ensuring the readiness of our service members, contingency preparedness and modernization.
By covering a wide array of topics, from maintaining a medically ready and medically prepared force, accessibility to healthcare for efficient and effective treatment, advancing telehealth and telemedicine technologies and taking a closer look into the medical supply chain, we can ensure that the needs of the military healthcare community are met.
Seize the opportunity to collaborate with your peers and
to support the current and future requirements of our medical stakeholders as
they commit to continuously improve healthcare delivery to our troops and their
families!
