Mr. Rory O’Brien serves as the Chief of the Individual and Systems Training Division (ISTD) in the Department of Tactics, Training, and Doctrine (DOTTD) at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). With a background as an Army Infantry officer, he transitioned to a civilian role in 2011, contributing as an instructor, training developer, and training program evaluator. In support of Army transformation, Rory focuses on developing training concepts for new Maneuver systems and equipment, enhancing training through innovative methods, and the integration of simulations and technology.
