Richard Solomon currently serves as Director, Business Development for Training and Simulation in Orlando, FL. He is responsible for Marketing, Business Development and Proposals for Training and Simulation (T&S) and manages a team of Marketing & Sales professionals.

Richard’s career in Federal and Defense Business Development spans 29 years. As Vice President of Business Development at SAIC in Orlando, Florida, he worked program wins such as: MODSIM, Common Driver Trainer (CDT) and OneSAF. After Corporate relocation to Northern Virginia, Richard worked as Director of Federal Business Development with NETSCOUT and Chief Growth Officer for Stratera Technologies in Northern Virginia.

Richard is a US Army Veteran where he served with the 18th Airborne Corps Artillery in Operation Desert Storm. He is Level 3 Certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) and Master/Trainer-level certified with Mastering Business Development Inc. Academy and an active member of AUSA, NDIA, NTSA, AFCEA and the Old Crows.
