Natalie Steinhauser is a Program Officer at the Office of Naval Research (ONR) where she manages The Prepared Warfighter portfolio focused on training technologies to improve Naval Warfighter Performance. She has 17 years of Navy experience developing adaptive training and intelligent tutoring systems, conducting decision-making research, performing training effectiveness evaluations, and Live, Virtual, and Constructive technology and assessment development. She holds a M.S. in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida, and a B.S. in Human Factors/Applied Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
