Jennifer Pagan

Research Psychologist, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division US Navy

Ms. Jennifer Pagan is an accomplished Senior Research Psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando and dual hats as the Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Strategic Planning Manager at the Office of Naval Research. She has 15 years of experience leading and conducting human performance analysis, and training research efforts with the government. She currently defines, leads, and manages a collection of challenging and innovative science and technology programs (applied research and advanced technology demonstration) focused on unique integrated aspects of the development for traditionally stove piped training for aviation and surface communities. Ms. Pagan also manages the LVC Analysis and Debrief Research Laboratory in which that researches novel analysis techniques, instructor support methodologies, and new models and simulations for emerging threats and technologies. Specific applications concentrate on advanced technologies for integrated constructive environments (e.g., Next Generation Threat System and Joint Semi Automated Forces), integrated performance measurement systems (Joint After Action Review and Analysis and Reporting Tool) and integrated LVC At Sea (Air Wing and Strike Group).
