Mr. Daryl Wynn provides technical expertise in Modeling and Simulation to the Joint Live Virtual and Constructive Modernization program at Joint Staff J7.

Mr. Wynn has 36 years of government service. His background includes modeling and simulation analytics; three tours as Science and Technology Advisor for the US Navy; Joint Capability Technology Demonstration Branch Chief at US Joint Forces Command. He has experience in Cybersecurity, Joint and Navy C2 systems and Electronic Warfare.

Mr. Wynn is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
