Casey Mayfield

Casey Mayfield is Market Leader for enrollment solutions at IDEMIA Public Security, where she advocates for an array of civil biometric enrollment programs for regulatory and risk assessment purposes in North America. With an extensive background in biometrics spanning almost three decades, Casey has progressed from an entry-level role to serving as a business leader for IDEMIA’s Justice and Public Safety division in North America, overseeing the company’s biometric technology solutions in the state and provincial market. Across her career, she has led key initiatives including the operational roll-out of TSA’s PreCheck® program, in addition to numerous state and local biometric solutions for law enforcement and civil enrollment.

In addition to her professional achievements, Casey plays a pivotal role within IDEMIA. She serves as the business sponsor of the Executive User Board, an interdisciplinary customer advisory board, and is an executive advisor to WIN (Women in IDEMIA), an Employee Resource Group. Furthermore, Casey serves as host of the IDEMIA Public Security User’s Conference, an annual event that brings together customers and industry professionals for networking, training, and technology-focused discussions.

Casey's academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois. Beyond her career, she is an active citizen scientist supporting Colorado State University’s CoCoRaHS program and dedicates time to various volunteer activities within her local community. During her leisure time, Casey enjoys gardening, cooking, running, and spending time with her husband and Labrador.
