Dr. Rayan Makinson

Dr. Ryan Makinson received his Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in 2017 and a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2011. In 2018, Ryan became an AAAS Science and Technology Fellow where he helped establish and promote the Journal of DoD Research and Engineering at the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). In June of this year, Ryan become the Program Manager of the Outreach Program Management Office at DTIC, where he helps coordinate DTIC-wide outreach to the DoD community.
