Tom Strong serves as the Production Manager for SMX's non-classified data and analytics platform, Elevate ISR, a role underscored by his extensive background in public and commercial data acquisition, fusion, and analysis. His work primarily supports U.S. Government mission requirements, leveraging his deep expertise in managing sensitive government activities, compliance with operational guidelines, and coordination across a broad network of resource providers and government stakeholders.

Tom's leadership in non-classified analytic operations has produced over 1,000 information and lead-generation products for both government and commercial clients. His capabilities extend to evaluating and testing data from over 100 commercial providers across maritime, ground, cyber, and space-based platforms. Additionally, Tom offers ongoing consultancy to U.S. Government stakeholders on non-classified data acquisition strategies.

Previously a federal civilian employee, Tom has supported various SOCOM entities and Joint Task Forces, contributing to counter-terrorist and Great Power Competition missions. His extensive field experience includes four deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, leadership in the bi-annual Office of Special Warfare targeting course, and training over 100 interagency and special operations personnel annually in infrastructure collection and targeting.

Tom holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Villanova and is trained in Non-Traditional Infrastructure Targeting, Social Network Analysis, and Geospatial Analysis, reflecting a robust and diversified skill set essential to national security and intelligence operations.
