Dr. Katie Casper

Dr. Katie Casper is the Latent Print Technical Manager at the Tulsa Police Department Forensic Laboratory with over 9 years of experience. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Oklahoma State University Graduate School of Forensic Sciences. During her time at TPD, Katie earned her PhD from Oklahoma State University with research specializing in mass shooting offenders. This hybrid knowledge of science and crime sparked her interest in utilizing biometrics to possibly bring new life into her department's cold cases.
