Kathleen Doonan

Professional Staffer FBI

Ms. Kathleen Doonan is a professional staffer with the Operational Technology Division of the FBI and serves as a subject matter expert in media exploitation, video analytics and biometric technologies. She is currently focused on identifying and operationalizing new video analytics and biometric technologies for use in federal investigations. Ms. Doonan worked in the DoD/USIC for 12 years before joining the FBI in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, both in the field of mathematics
