Greg Forbes is the Managing Director of Ground Experience at Delta Air Lines. Ground Experience is responsible for initiatives in airports that make travel more efficient and comfortable for customers. Delta is pursuing an airport strategy called “seamless speed” that reduces the number of transactions and the transactions that remain are quick and effortless. Executing this strategy requires close partnership with key stakeholders including airport authorities, terminal operators, TSA and CBP.
