Taylor Frank

Frank currently serves as Senior Strategy Manager within Boeing Defense, Space & Security’s Air Dominance division. Taylor’s portfolio responsibilities include Phantom Works and Air Dominance Proprietary Programs, MQ-25, F-15, F/A-18, EA-18, and T-7.

Taylor spent eight years co-managing a DC-based technology and cybersecurity firm before joining Boeing in 2019. While there, he worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Honeywell, IBM, and Xerox across a range of digital strategy, cybersecurity, and technology areas. He also actively participated in and shaped global internet policy development and governance processes.

Taylor is a graduate of Georgetown University where he was a Division I athlete, and obtained his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (top 5% of class). He is married, has two daughters, and lives in Arlington, VA.
