Maj. Gen. France is Commander, Third Air Force, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. As US Air Forces Europe & US Air Forces Africa's only numbered air force, Third Air Force empowers and advocates for 10 wings and more than 32,000 Airmen across two continents -- an area-of-responsibility that stretches from the Arctic to the Cape of Good Hope. Prior to his current assignment, Maj Gen France served as the USAFE-AFAFRICA A3/10 from July 2020 to June 2022.
