Gary brings well over 25 years of experience in 3D printing/manufacturing technologies to Hartech Group. His initial involvement came in the early, early days of SLA, then moved into Powder bed technologies and metals. While running a prototype/short run production shop (Paramount Industries) for nearly 25 years, Gary was also involved in CNC machining, injection molding, casting technologies and assemblies. He is very knowledgeable in performing secondary operations and getting additively manufactured parts ready for production. The shop was ISO, ITAR, and AS9100 certified. He was instrumental in getting both polymer and metal AM machines in multiple locations within the DOD.
